About POINT [V]

POINT [V] is an executive advisory firm that helps leaders turn a cross-functional business goal into a clear decision.

Our core offer is the Five [V] Diagnostic: a fixed-fee, five-week engagement for leaders whose goal spans multiple teams, systems, or vendors. We map what touches the goal and deliver a concise recommendation on what to keep, stop, build, or buy.

What we believe

Start with the customer

Every goal serves a customer, and that customer may be internal or external. Either way, they experience one enterprise. We follow the work from their side, not from the org chart.

Own the method, not the technology

POINT [V] is technology agnostic and does not sell tools. We own the questions, the diagnosis, and the decisions. Often the answer is not a new technology or structure. It is fully using and connecting what you already have.

Decide, don’t document

You get a one-to-two page decision brief, not a 100-page report. Our recommendations stand on their own and do not require more work with us.

Why now

AI is changing how work gets done, but it is landing in environments built on legacy systems, processes, and structures. The result is friction: disconnected data, overlapping tools, and unclear ownership. POINT [V] helps bridge that transition so what you have today connects to what comes next.

How we look at a goal

Every engagement works through the same seven lenses. Technology speeds up the interviews and document review, and a person verifies every flag.

  • People: who owns each step, and who owns the whole?
  • Process: where does work hand off, and where does it stall?
  • Priorities: which teams are optimizing for something else?
  • Technology: what exists, what overlaps, and what has failed?
  • Resources: where do time and money go without reaching the goal?
  • Customers: who is the customer, internal or external, and does every team define them the same way?
  • Outcomes: what does the goal actually need to produce?

Who we work with

Sales, transformation, and technology leaders who own a goal that crosses business units and want to dig in. We work best in layered companies with legacy systems, competing priorities, and more than one vendor in the mix.
